My child might be afraid of a clown. Do you have other options? |
Yes, we have options. Because we entertain so many young children, all of our performers wear a very soft and pretty clown look. In our experience most children are not afraid of clowns. However, we do our best to make your child feel comfortable with the entertainer you . That may mean we come dressed in our professional costume but without make-up or festively dressed in fun colorful clothing. |

What age do children typically enjoy clown entertainers? |
We find that age 3-8 is the optimal age range for children to enjoy a clown entertainer. They also enjoy interactive shows, face painting and balloons better in this age group. Young children from babies to 2 years of age generally do not get much out of a clown entertainer however, this is the time when you need a experienced clown entertainer to provide lots of fun for all the other guests. Amazingly, parties for 1-2 year olds is our #1 Birthday market - so we really know how to entertain very young children. |

When is the best time to book the entertainer? |
When booking an entertainer, try to book 1/2 hour to 1 hour after your guests are scheduled to arrive. Rarely is everyone on time and this will give your guests extra time to arrive before the entertainment does. This way everyone has fun, no one misses anything and you get your money’s worth. |

|
Why a deposit? |
We book by appointment, first come first served. If clients cancel at the last minute, we have no opportunity to book another event in that time slot. We appreciate your consideration and it helps us schedule appropriately. |
|
|
If I pay the clown upon arrival, can the clown leave early or leave out parts of the show? |
No. You will receive all of the services agreed upon when your party was booked. |
|
|
Do you start performing when you arrive at the event? |
Yes. We schedule most events back to back and need to start at the pre-determined time. If we get started late at the first one, then we are late all day. We strive to give prompt and professional service, and to show up on time as scheduled. |
|
|
If the clown is there, why do parents still have to supervise the children? |
At children's parties, the clown will be busy entertaining and will not be able to watch the kids and perform at the same time. Adult supervision is always required during the event. |

I scheduled a party and none of my guests showed up. Can't we just tell the clown we don't want their services anymore when they arrive? |
No. By the time the clown arrives at the party, the clown has already traveled an average of 1 hour to get to the location of the party. It's not fair to ask the clown to drive that long and that far for nothing. We have found that RSVP's and confirmation calls to guests help to ensure the success of your party. Please review our company policies. |

What if you or another person can’t make it after you are booked? |
We take great pride in being a professional company. We organize our performance schedules to arrive on time, plan driving routes, follow up on all details a few days before a party, and plan ahead to make sure every event is successful. In the rare, almost non-existent time that a performer can’t make a show because of true weather, traffic or personal emergency, another professional entertainer will be arranged. If this is not possible or if the client prefers, the party will be rescheduled or a full refund given. |
